This position is suited to someone who can confidently manage the full employee lifecycle while building strong relationships across all levels of the business. The successful candidate will bring a practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.

About the Role

This is a diverse and fast-moving role responsible for supporting workforce operations across multiple business divisions and project environments. You will work closely with leadership and operational teams to drive HR initiatives, support compliance requirements, and contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Coordinate employment contracts, variations, and HR documentation

Support workforce planning and mobilisation activities

Provide advice and guidance on HR matters, policies, and procedures

Assist with performance management and employee relations matters

Maintain personnel records, licences, and compliance documentation

Coordinate training, inductions, and workforce compliance requirements

Support leadership teams with people and culture initiatives

Assist with reporting, workforce metrics, and continuous improvement processes

Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and solutions-focused workplace culture

About You

Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role

Strong administration and organisational capability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Strong understanding of employment processes and workplace compliance

Experience within labour hire, construction, engineering, mining, oil & gas, or industrial sectors highly regarded

Proficient across Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
